This thesis contains own suggestions for organizing a summer camp for children, staffing, promotion, camp program and economic evaluation. The main objective will be to determine whether this proposal will be feasible.

Diploma thesis “Property valuation type of summer camp” is focused on recording and valuation of all the immovable property, which are parts and outbuildings of summer camp near the Vranov dam. Theoretical part of this thesis deals with basic terminology and utilized valuation methods. Short locality characterization and relevant real estate market are described in the practical part. Main focus of the practical part is actual valuation of immovable property using methods described in theoretical part. After that, calculated and estimated prices are evaluated and analyzed.

The theoretical part defines and describes the concepts of environmental education, prosocial education, art play, art as a game, motivation, creativity, reflection, project, key competencies. This part of work formsthe scientific basis for the practical part. The practical part creates the project representing the deepening of prosocial and environmental education through creative game at summer camp.

The main objectives this thesis was primarily assessment of the services level, which are provided by Travel agency Topinka in their own recreation centers by analysis and comparison these centers by predetermined criteria. The others objectives were to determine requirements and needs of customers using a questionnaire investigation and the current trends. On basis of these analyzes propose steps, which will lead to improve position of this company on the tourism market. These proposes are facultative program and two packages of services (combination of transport, accomodation, catering and additional services). The others are modernization recreation centers as innovation sports facilities and reconstruction and modernization areas too.
